Shipping Policy Products purchased from the NibMor online store will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders to be delivered to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS Mail. Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout, based on weight of the product being shipped and your location. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping costs prior to finalizing your order. During the summer months, shipping costs may be higher due to special handling (increased weight with cold packs and insulation) and expedited shipping. Orders placed Monday - Wednesday will be fulfilled and shipped out by Thursday of that week (unless it is a holiday). Orders placed Thursday - Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped out the following Monday. Summer Shipping Chocolate is a temperamental treat that does not like the heat. So, to deliver your chocolate order to you the way it came out of our kitchen (not melted) , during the warm summer months, we ship orders in the most cost effective and expedited way (in most cases that is a 1 - 2 day delivery). We pack your order with cold packs to help sustain the right temperature until it is safely in your hands. Shipping chocolate, during the summer, can be tricky but we work hard to get your treats to you in the freshest of conditions.
