Vegan Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups black beans (1 15-oz can, drained and rinsed) 2 tbsp cocoa powder or NibMor Original Drinking Chocolate powder ½ cup quick oats ¼ tsp salt 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave 2 tbsp sugar ¼ cup coconut oil 2 tsp pure vanilla extract ½ tsp baking powder 2/3 cup NibMor chocolate chunks (just break apart your favorite bar!)   Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all ingredients except NibMor chocolate chunks in a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Stir in NibMor chocolate chunks. Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 baking pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Vegan Chocolate Martini

Ingredients: 3 oz. vodka (2 shots) 1.5 oz. coffee liqueur (1 shot) 3 oz. chocolate soymilk (2 shots) 1/2 packet NibMor Organic Original drinking chocolate A few tbsp. chocolate liqueur Ice Dark chocolate shavings (here we used NibMor All Natural 1 oz. Blueberry) Instructions: To rim the glass, pour a few tablespoons of chocolate liqueur onto a small plate. Place some of the the packet of NibMor Organic Original drinking chocolate powder onto a second small plate (if necessary, break apart any clumps with a whisk). Dip the rim of the martini glass into the chocolate liqueur then into the powder. Stand the glass aside to dry. During an excavation in Honduras, University of Pennsylvania researchers found a piece of pottery with cacao powder on it. This piece has been estimated to have an origin of 1400 BCE. Simple Blender Muffins

Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter (we recommend Wild Friends!) 2 medium-sized bananas 2 large eggs ½ tsp baking soda 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp honey ½ tsp vanilla NibMor chocolate chunks (We recommend breaking apart our Daily Dose chocolate bars!) Instructions: Preheat the oven to 400oF. Lightly grease a muffin pan. Put all the ingredients into a blender except the NibMor chocolate chunks. Blend until well-mixed. Stir in the NibMor chocolate chunks. Pour batter into muffin pan. Sprinkle NibMor chocolate chunks on top of each muffin. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
